Introduced in September 1999, The Ritz-Carlton Club is an exclusive, luxury-tier Deeded Fractional Ownership real estate offering combining the benefits of Second Home Ownership with the personalized services and refined amenities that are hallmarks of The Ritz-Carlton® Hotel Company.

As a Member of The Ritz-Carlton Club, our Members experience all the benefits of Second Home Ownership with none of the usual burdens.

Deeded Fractional Ownership of a Club Residence can cost millions of dollars less than owning a traditional Second Home directly on the slopes, the beach or the fairway. Membership prices currently range from $144,000 to $530,0001 per Interest, based on Club location and the size of the residence selected. In addition, Membership delivers something no other Second Home can offer at any price: five-star service, perfected by the premier provider of luxury services and amenities in the world.

What is Fractional Ownership?
Deeded Fractional Ownership of a Ritz-Carlton Residence secures the right for Members and their guests to spend a guaranteed number of days in residence each year. Depending upon location, each membership Interest is for between 21 and 35 days annually. Residences are maintained in the Members absence, prepared for their arrival and serviced twice daily.

Membership also provides the option of reciprocal-stays at current and future Ritz-Carlton Club destinations. And since ownership is deeded, it is not only our Members to enjoy for a lifetime – it is theirs in perpetuity and, as such, may be bequeathed to their heirs.


Private Residence Ownership
The Ritz-Carlton also provides private residence ownership to those who want to experience a lifestyle afforded a precious few – an exclusive permanent address tailored to our owners’ needs and maintained by the legendary service that redefined luxury.

A Ritz-Carlton Builder Concierge makes even the process of building and customizing our Members Private Residence virtually effortless. Lawns, landscaping and private swimming pools are maintained in immaculate condition by the Club; housekeeping and exterior/interior maintenance of the Residence are offered a la carte. Elsewhere, absentee homeowners and newcomers to a community are faced with the challenge of locating reliable repairmen, electricians and other vendors. The Ritz-Carlton® has taken care of this task on our Members behalf, and will provide them with a select list of trusted workmen and home-care companies. The Club's on-site engineer is available for emergency repairs. Additionally, Members may access the services of the Club's full-time Concierge, who will soon learn to anticipate their needs before they voice them.

Whether you need a limousine to meet out-of-town guests at the airport, or catering for a dinner party in their honor, anything you desire can be accomplished with a single phone call. Ritz-Carlton service is the hallmark by which your Residence is distinguished from any other.
