| Member Services educates the new members on utilizing their new membership and assists the members in reserving time and exchanging their allocation. Additionally, Member Services assists the Members in booking Member Benefit reservations at Ritz-Carlton Hotels, and with using the Space Available program. The position of Member Services Manager will also coordinate with the Club Concierge and Members to schedule and confirm any activity planning for their vacation.
